TRIRIVER WONGS TEXTILE (VIET NAM) COMPANY LIMITED (referred to as TRIRIVER WONGS TEXTILE) is the core intelligent manufacturing base of the group's global strategic layout, located in the Hai Ha Industrial Park, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. As a modern textile enterprise established in 2024 and officially put into production in 2025, the company covers an area of 65,000 square meters and is equipped with 4 intelligent dyeing lines, 380 rapier looms, and a complete set of finishing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 40 million meters of high-end denim fabric.

The company deeply integrates the technical accumulation  of its Chinese base to build a transnational digital and intelligent collaborative system. Through its independently developed MES production execution system, ERP resource management platform, and CRM customer relationship management system, it has established a dual-engine architecture of "quality control cloud platform + intelligent central control tower," achieving closed-loop digital management from raw material traceability, process optimization to cross-border logistics. Relying on an AI algorithm-driven supply chain scheduling system, the company has successfully interconnected its Vietnam production base with its Chinese headquarters in real-time, reducing  cross-border operating costs by 15% and improving production efficiency by 22%.

The company is the first to introduce intelligent fabric inspection systems, AGV unmanned storage, and 5G industrial Internet of Things technology, with the numerical control rate of key processes reaching 92%, forming a flexible intelligent manufacturing capability for "small order fast response."
